Our little island bakery has served Balboa Island and its visitors for over 40 years. In 2022, Orange County natives Mark, Lynda, and their daughter Madie purchased the bakery with the hopes of honoring the bakery's history and the history of the island while bringing their flair to the bakery with their deep love for food and for people.

Every day we provide freshly baked goods for everyone to enjoy. We have the world's cutest sugar cookies for the kiddos and even specially made dog treats for our neighborhood doggos. While all of our treats will have you squirming with joy, we are best known for our mouth-watering Cinnamon Rolls covered in addictive vanilla frosting.
