Place frozen cinnamon rolls in your refrigerator overnight.
Place 4 rolls in a 8x8 baking dish, 6-8 rolls in a 9 x13 baking dish.
Place rolls on your counter or in a warm place (oven) around 100-120 degrees. (no hotter)
Allow rolls to puff up or proof for approximately 45 min to 1 1/2 hours. (Frozen rolls take longer to proof.)
Set oven temperature at 325 degrees.
Place in oven set timer for 18-20 min.
Bake rolls until dark brown in color on top; may require additional 2 min to reach desired color.
Pecan rolls bake 20-25 minutes add additional time if needed.
Bake until very dark brown on top.
Once done and slightly cooled flip plan over onto a baking sheet.
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Place on baking tray. Let rolls rise or puff up 30min to 45min in a 100-120 degree oven or on your counter. Bake at 325 for 10 min or until golden brown.
